SpellKitty is a daily spoken-spelling round for children, hosted by a kitty. Six words a day, judged on the iPhone.
SpellKitty listens only while the button is held. If the microphone was turned off, open Settings › SpellKitty and allow the Microphone and Speech Recognition, or tap “Type instead”. A grown-up’s question stands in front of “Open Settings”.
One Bee is grades 1 to 3, Two Bee grades 4 to 6, Three Bee grades 7 and 8. The round is drawn for the list chosen and stretched with the one above it. Change it any time in Settings › Your bee.
SpellKitty Pro is one purchase, paid once, that lets a player keep going after the day’s six words. On a new iPhone, or after a reinstall, open Settings › SpellKitty Pro › “Restore purchase” with the same Apple Account. Family Sharing is on, so family members share it. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Account › “Sign in with Apple” keeps the streak and the words in your own iCloud and brings them back on any iPhone you sign in on. “Delete saved progress” removes the copy and signs out; the progress on the iPhone stays.
